Tonic is where story, soul, food, wine and Italy collide.
meet the people and purpose behind an unforgettable tonic experience
This is our passion project.
We believe a deep appreciation of our journey—each sip of wine, each shared meal, the awe we hold for every moment, is the magic behind an extraordinary life.
That’s why we created Tonic. A luxury lifestyle brand that crafts unforgettable, story-driven, Italian experiences.
Join us in Italy.
Meet Sherry.
My mission is simple. To empower you to live an extraordinary life.
My journey has led me to cultivating a deep love for the depth of value that travel, food, wine, and culture bring to my life. Touching the grass of the Masai Mara, savouring a gelato on the steps of the Pantheon, running my hands over the blocks of the Giza pyramid, sharing tapas with strangers in Spain—are all moments that opened my mind and left marks on my soul.
Returning home from these adventures, I felt more connected to the world, more open minded, more appreciative, and more focused on the small minutes in between, where time with friends, family and even in my work, held more meaning and joy. I was compelled to create these unique experiences in Italy because I believe experiences and connection are a powerful tool that can teach you how to live boldly, connect deeply, and create extraordinary lives.

Meet Brent.
Hospitality and food are his love languages.
I couldn’t do this without him. Meet my husband, Brent Jacobi. With over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry and operations, and another 15 years as a successful sales manager for a road construction company, his people skills and vibrant passion for life are contagious.
His love of hospitality and food, and his desire to live life to the fullest is inspirational, and he shares my passion for intentional travel and meaningful experiences. To him, great connections start with the people and places, accompanied by food, wine and great conversations.

“As you move through this life and this world you change things slightly, you leave marks behind, however small. And in return, life, and travel—leaves marks on you.”
Anthony Bourdain
